Prices and policies
Initial Visit $225
The initial visit will take approximately 1-1.5 hours including:
Modified Intake $60
Basic health history & Symptom Survey for those only wanting basic supplement
protocols or Purification Program – Minimum requirement for 1st time clients.
Purification Program Supplements $217-$300
Follow-up Visit $45
Follow-up visits for on-going clients will occur monthly for approximately 8-12
months, depending on your personal plan. Each visit will take 30-45 minutes and
will include:
Nutritional Protocols $200-300/month
Each protocol is developed based on individual needs and with full understanding of
the nutritional need for each product.
Lending Library, Newsletters & Website:
We developed a lending library of health related books available for our on-going
clients. Feel free to check it out when you are in the office.
There is also a great deal of nutritional information on specific topics in my e-mail
newsletters and on the website. If you do not see what you want, just ask!
Hair Analysis $75
The Hair analysis shows mineral patterns behind symptoms and provides needed
input into the direction of health, even before you experience symptoms. The first
test is included in the initial visit. Subsequent tests are appropriate at intervals of 3+
months as needed to measure progress.
Saliva Tests $40 Professional fee + cost of test
Discounts are available for combinations
Saliva tests are utilized as needed to pinpoint the direction of your protocol.
Female Hormone Panel (11 sample-cycling) $225
Female Hormone Panel (peri-menopausal) $98
Female Hormone Panel (post-menopausal) $93
Male Hormone Panel $99
Thyroid Panel $80
Adrenal Stress Index $99
Food Intolerance Panel $48

Payment:
A credit card will be kept on file to secure your appointment and for your
convenience. (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)
Appointments & Cancellations:
Please allow 24 hours for rescheduling if at all possible.
Supplements:
Where shipping is needed, shipping is free for orders over $250. There is a $13
charge for orders under $250.
Returns will be accepted within 15 days in the original, unopened packaging.
Please direct these to my office, rather than the Standard Process warehouse where
you would incur a 20% restocking fee.
